RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Since all our personalized paper products are designed by you – it is very important that you double check your work prior to placing orders.  The Photo Card Design program has been programmed to have you see a proof before submitting your order. After which, this order can not be returned for copy or color misunderstandings.

All returns must be mailed within 30 days of order date. Exchange requests will be fulfilled according to availability.
In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt with a written reason for the return and/or any exchange request. Please ship your return to the Ustationery.com warehouse (address below). For your protection, we recommend shipping via insured/certified mail or UPS/FedEx ground service, so you have a record of the return.

We will make exchange arrangements upon receipt of goods and will email you a confirmation. Shipping/handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable in most cases.

We use your email and occasionally your telephone number exclusively to communicate with you regarding your order.
